Frequent Questions
Not sure where to start? Here are the questions I hear most and what I tell every client who asks.
Do I really need digital marketing if most of my clients come from word of mouth?
Word of mouth is one of the most powerful tools a small business has and digital marketing is what amplifies it. When someone hears about you and looks you up online, what they find either confirms their excitement or creates doubt. A strong digital presence makes sure that every referral converts, every new visitor stays, and your reputation speaks for itself.
I have a limited budget. Is digital marketing still worth it for me?
Absolutely — and honestly, this is where working with a boutique studio makes all the difference. I don't believe in bloated retainers or one-size-fits-all packages. Every strategy I build is tailored to what makes sense for your budget, your goals, and your stage of growth. Smart and intentional marketing doesn't have to cost a fortune.
How long before I start seeing results?
That depends on the strategy and I'll always be upfront with you about what to expect. Some efforts, like paid advertising, can generate visibility quickly. Others, like AI search and organic content, are longer plays that build compounding momentum over time. What I can promise is full transparency every step of the way with regular reports and honest conversations.
I'm not sure where to start. Can you help me figure that out?
That's exactly what I'm here for. You don't need to come to me with a fully formed plan. You just need to show up with your goals and an open mind. My discovery process is designed to help us figure out together where you are, where you want to go, and what the smartest first steps look like.
Do I need to be on every social media platform?
Absolutely not. More platforms doesn't mean more results. What matters is showing up consistently and authentically on the platforms where your audience actually spends their time. Part of my job is helping you figure out exactly where that is so you can focus your energy where it counts.
I've tried marketing before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Because most marketing fails when it's too generic, too scattered, or too disconnected from who you really are. What I do is different: every strategy is built specifically around your business, your audience, and your goals. No recycled ideas. No cookie-cutter campaigns. Just thoughtful, intentional work that's designed to actually move the needle for you specifically.
